If you think you may have a transmission problem, bring your vehicle to our shop.  We will diagnose it and give you our best opinion free of charge.  Be prepared to leave it with us so we can diagnose it properly.

It is very helpful if you can explain the problem to our tech. You will be asked questions such as:

• When does the problem occur?

• Is the vehicle cold when it happens?

• Does it happen intermittently?

• Has the transmission ever been serviced?

• Are there any lights on the dash?

• Has the fluid been checked?

Transmissions are very complex units, and cannot be diagnosed over the phone.

Before we perform any work, we will give you an estimate on any service needed.

If it turns out that your transmission is not the problem, we will recommend a reputable shop for you to take it to if you don't already have one.
